I enjoyed that MD article.

I have a Trinitron sitting on my desk to prove that like Metallica Sony didn't always suck.

I blame Bob Rock for Metallica's downfall. Not so sure about Sony.

And I've said it before - I SO miss the ABC. That said you have a population that could support a PBS model. Emphasis on *could* - I can hear the howls of outrage right now if the ABC were to pull their footy coverage on ABC Local.

Oh and keep NZers AWAY FROM SBS. NZ media is a horrifying joke.

my mum and dad's trinitron... lasted for years. dad couldnt throw it away, too expensive and too many memories, despite it being 4:3 40 inch...

i love my minidisc player. still kicking along...
